(“Firefly”) is the trading name for Noel Redding Estate Limited (“NRE”) a private company. Firefly is based in England and has been trading sinceNovember 2007. It’s director and principal is Edward Adams who has had careers in finance, hospitality and media spanning 30 years.

In August 2021 the intellectual property rights of Mitch Mitchell were also acquired by the newly formed Mitch
Mitchell Estate Limited (“MME”), also owned and controlled by Edward Adams
For the past 2 years Firefly has been trying to assert its rights in relation to copyrights it believes still vest in the Mitchell and Redding Estates which has necessitated issuing a claim in the London High Court.

AUDIO ASSETS
Firefly has an extensive audio catalogue that it exploits through its aggregation partners The Orchard and Burning Girl Records.Some of these recordings are ‘public domain’ in important territories and others are held under license.

FITNESS AND FILM ASSETS
In late 2022 Firefly sold its extensive film catalogue of over 60 titles to niche horror film company Severin Films USA. However the company still retains a range of fitness titles in golf, pilates, yoga and other genres that it markets online and as DVDs.
In addition the company is involved in new film projects such as Gary Nurse’s “Broken Pieces”
